UM TA will support Users in ontology development, adoption, and application to data annotation and curation, as well as in the area of omics data analysis including novel AOPs via KEs to support grouping and read-across. It also offers its expertise in running Open Science projects, such as the Chemistry Development Kit and WikiPathways. UM will offer remote access (including a physical access component for groups of Users) via Open Science workshops to support Users in developing ontology terms specific to their project / data / research needs.
The knowledge management and computational tools offered for TA by UM fall under two categories:
