Tassos Papadiamantis and Tom Carney (University of Birmingham) are members of the Organising Committee of the 3rd NanoSafety Forum for Young Scientists that is going to take place on 10-11 September 2018, Valletta, Malta. Tassos is also member of the Scientific Committee and will be chairing the thematic session on “Data Modelling, handling and management”.
The 3rd NanoSafety Forum for Young Scientists is being organised by the EU NanoSafety Cluster with the kind help of the ACEnano project and is an open forum for young (students, post docs and others) and senior scientists working in EU-funded, national and industrial nanosafety projects. The Forum will also offer everyone the opportunity to network, promote cross-project collaboration, exchange scientific knowledge and learn from each other. NanoCommons coordinator Iseult Lynch is supervising the Forum’s organisation in close collaboration with the rest of the Coordination Team Éva Valsami-Jones (University of Birmingham, NSC Coordinator), Andreas Falk (BioNanoNet, member of the NSC Coordination Team) and Flemming Cassee (RIVM, member of the NSC Coordination Team) and the Steering Group of the NSC.
